These terms (“Terms”) cover the use of Dealmarket.io (“our”, “we”, “us”) online services (“Services”) provided via our website https://www.dealmarket.io/ (“Website”). The individual using our Services (“you”, “your”) is deemed to have accepted these Terms by using the Services or by continuing to use the Services after being notified of a change to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer a platform where you can browse classified ads both aggregated from various third-party websites and directly posted on our Website. To access all features and ads, contact advertisers, and utilize all functionalities, you must subscribe to our verification subscription.

2. Subscription and Right of Withdrawal

2.1 To gain full access to our Services, you must subscribe to our verification plan, which includes a 2-day trial period for 1,00 EUR, automatically renewing every 14 days for 9,00 EUR. The subscription becomes active immediately upon payment, and during the trial period, you will have access to all features and ads.

2.2 The subscription will automatically renew every 14 days unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, except during the first 24 hours due to technical reasons. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the subscription features until the end of the current billing period.

2.3 You understand that if you cancel your subscription with us, although your subscription will not be renewed for the next subscription period, you will not be eligible for a refund or pro-rated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for your current subscription period.

2.4 All payments are processed securely. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee.

2.5 You have the right of withdrawal within 14 days, as per EU consumer protection laws, which starts immediately after you have ordered a service and received information about the right of cancellation and contractual terms. However, you do not have the right of withdrawal if the service has been started with your consent. Our services come into effect the moment the payment is completed. When you complete the payment, you therefore give your consent that the service has begun, and thus the right of withdrawal ceases to apply.

2.6 We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. You will be notified of any price changes via email at least one month prior to the new pricing taking effect.

2.7 You are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance and the correctness of the payment details provided, including but not limited to the card details and the name in which the card is held. If the payment fails repeatedly, we are entitled (but not obliged) to terminate access to your account. However, the fees remain due. If a payment card used for a purchase expires, or is blocked in some way so that we cannot charge the periodic payments, we will try to complete the purchase and perform payment retries for a period thereafter, varying and depending on the original reason the payment failed.

2.8 All prices on the Website are in EUR and inclusive of VAT. The payment methods offered include VISA/Mastercard.

2.9 You are solely responsible for properly canceling your subscription. You can find instructions for how to cancel your account in our FAQ. An email request to cancel your subscription is not automatically considered cancellation. If you need help canceling your account, you can always contact us at support@dealmarket.io

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Website.

3.3 You agree not to interfere with the security or operation of the Website.

4. Content and Ads

4.1 We aggregate ads from third-party websites and allow users to post ads directly on our Website. We do not control the content of these ads and do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or reliability.

4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations when posting ads on the Website.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 We make every effort to keep the Website and/or the Service available. However, we perform maintenance activities on the Website and the Service. These activities may take place at any time, announced or unannounced, even if this may lead to limited availability.

5.2 We do not guarantee that the Website, the Service, or any part thereof is accessible at all times and functions without interruptions, malfunctions, and/or errors. Interruptions, malfunctions, and/or errors on the Website and/or the Service may occur as a result of issues with internet connections, viruses, errors, or defects.

5.3 We exclude all liability for any damage, loss, or costs incurred as a result of the (temporary) unavailability of the Website and/or the Service, including but not limited to the (temporary) loss of data, to the extent permitted under mandatory law.
